Microsoft never has problems with their products, simply undocumented "features" :) Seriously though, I have only met one CF shop that supposeably never had a bug with their outputted product. They however invested an enormous amount of time in documentation/specs before every writing a line of code. They would have these huge binder/books for insanely small applications and within all that paper it was dictated exactly how things would be done. I do not know what they did for testing but would imagine they did a lot of that as well. Of course with that said, I still have a hard time believing bugs did not make it through the cracks.
