Depends on which parts of CF you have installed. If it is just the core, stop the installer, remove everything from the file system, clean out the HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ColdFusion stuff and remove every ISAPI filter and extension from IIS. Then clean out your temp file directory, restart and reinstall. If you have ODBC or .NET installed you probably want to install those first, but I don't have instructions for that at hand.
