In a file path for what ?
If it is for an HTTP request, the answer is no.
If it is for CFFILE, it is still no.
Using wild cards could mean that several files could be returned, and
both HTTP and CFFILE can deal with only one file at a time.

However, you could use CFDIRECTORY action="list" with a filter to get 
the name of the file.
