I'd say the new administrator features, user defined functions, and querying
a query are the three most significant new features.  I doubt that much of
the new admin stuff would be simplistic enough for a "dummies" book... most
of it is new server admin features, particularly for server cluster
admins... from what I've seen of it, anyway.
