Yep, you have multiple options in this respect, Adobe ColdFusion, Open BlueDragon, Railo, BlueDragon.Net. All with varying compatibility and costs, OpenBD and Railo are free. OpenBD is completely free and Railo is mostly free (the core is free, add ons will cost $). Both open source options have support contracts available if desired.
