+1 to what Peter Said. I recently converted a VB.net app to CF and I must say that I really took a shine to it. MS has an amazing tool set (as does Java for that matter) and I got comfortable in the environment rather quickly. ASP.net reminded me a lot of CF in some respects. The Code Behind aspect reminded me a lot of of using cfms with cfcs.
But speaking from a job market prospect Flex is a hot commodity and dove tails very nicely with CF. my $0.02 and worth every penny. G!
