So, Ext.isReady is like $("document").ready() in jQuery ... good to know
if I ever play around with Ext. It's a convention in jQuery to wrap all
those sorts of functions in a ready() call for just this reason:
$("document").ready().function {
doMyStuffNowThatWeAreDoneLoading();
}
