Greetings everybody. I have a website that allows people to upload and access attachments.
Naturally they need to access these once uploaded. I need to measure bandwidth used because this is how I charge. Uploading is fine to measure, but is it possible to measure how many times an attachment was succesfully accessed (either opened in browser or downloaded)?
