I get how to redirect from domain.com to www.domain.com like this:
rewritecond %{http_host} ^domain.com [nc]
rewriterule ^(.*)$ http://www.domain.com/$1 [r=301,nc]
BUT, what if I do not know the domain name in advance, is there a way I can
make it dynamic
AND
if it already has a subdomain, ignore this rule. So...
domain.com --> www.domain.com
fred.domain.com --> DOES NOT REDIRECT to www.domain.com
