Hey All, I needed totally custom FCKEditor settings, so I used the basepath attribute to point at a complete copy of the FCKEditor directory in CFIDE.
After some screwing around to find out what exactly should be in the basepath attribute...voila! my textareas started displaying with my custom settings. One MAJOR issue...all the images on the toolbar were broken image icons. This is because the path for the images (or for CSS files to load the images) was being doubled up in the FCKEditor code (i.e. myBasePath/myBasePath/editor/skins/office2003/fck_editor.css). Perhaps I expect production code to just work....but it ain't!! ;-) Any ideas? known bug? am I think? ;-) TIA Cheers Bryan Stevenson B.Comm.
