Subject: Regex Help

I want to replace any occurrence of multiple -- in string so the entire
string only contains one - in a row after filtering.

Something like this does (sort of):

        #Replacelist("#mayvar#","-----,----,---,--","-,-,-,-")#

But with regex more like:

        #ReReplace("#myvar#","--,"-","ALL")#

How do I write a reg to change all multiple -- to result in only one -?

Thanks
