Look under "Enterprise Infrastructure". Note 64-bit support. The key factor is whether CF Standard's JVM is 64-bit or not. If it is, then you would have access to the benefits of 64-bit, including the max amount of RAM available. If it's not, then you can change the JVM it's running on to get true 64-bit support. Unfortunately I do not know if CF Standard's JVM is 64-bit or not. I've never looked into it personally.
