I meant to add: Why not join myself, Ben Nadel and many other CFers by purchasing "Seven Languages in Seven Weeks" and working thru all the exercises? You'll learn a lot about alternative approaches to programming that will make you a better developer, offering new ways to think about existing problems, and you'll have fun (and probably some frustration!) along the way.
