Perhaps you'd better enjoy the mailing list vs. the web interface? The person in charge is Michael Dinowitz. He's kick ass, but busy with about 300 children and tons of extra circular activities. To a newb it may seem like the site is in disrepair, but it's still serving a wonderful purpose. I (like many) don't even see the site anymore. I just follow it through the mailing list subscriptions.
