Hi Rick, Get to a command prompt and type:
ipconfig /all that shows you all of your tcp/ip settings. check that the DNS servers listed are correct and that your IP address is correct. If they are, type: ipconfig /all > mystuff.txt to create a file then post the contents of mystuff.txt here so we can take a look. In your TCP/IP settings do you have a static IP address and an IP address IP address set, or are you picking them up from your ISP's DHCP server? Jenny No virus found in this outgoing message.
