~lol~ You've got to love upper level management. You'll never be able to
write it in 6 hours! Well not a fully functional and totally secure
application with no bugs (which what they'll want!)
Not wanting sound like a salesman, but have a look at EvolutionB's
(http://www.evolutionb.com/) Synergy. There is a document manager, plus all
the security you'll need, which does exactly what you've just described.
