unfortunately if you enable this option it will also break other things, like cfchart, cfimage and tags where a pointer to a generated image file is used because the pointer file (graphdata.cfm for example) doesn't really exist. So if IIS checks the file exists before passing the request to cf, it will give a 404 error.
