Under ACF8, this: <cffile action="upload" accept="text/csv,application/vnd.ms-excel"...>
...would accept CSV files. Under ACF10, it throws, "Only files of type text/csv,application/vnd.ms-excel can be uploaded. Verify that you are uploading a file of the appropriate type."
