If you have CFWACK or Mastering ColdFusion, find the chapter towards the end
of either book that deals with Verity collections.

You can create them programmatically with the CFCOLLECTION tag (think that's
it... ages since I used it). If CFDIRECTORY is enabled, take a poke around
the server doing directory listings, find out which drive the CFUSION
directory is on and see if there's a Verity directory in it with a
Collections subdirectory.

If so, you might be able to create your collection, providing the path your
found to the Cfusion | Verity | Collections directory and go from there.

Or, like you say, you could just ask your ISP   ;-)
