Not to mention that if the cf 5.0 book comes out like the 4.0 books did we
could all be waiting for quite some time. If I recall way back the guys and
I at my old company were waiting and wringing our hands in anticipation,
especially when it kept getting delayed.

I'd by the 4.0 blue book or the mastering 4.5 book and buy the 5.0 when it
comes out, unless you can afford to wait an unknown length of time :-)

   The original poster was asking for 4.5 resources.  I think perhaps She
(He? Whomever?) should buy now, just in case his (her) company doesn't
upgrade right away.
