Ben Forta said that there wasn't enough change between 4.0 and 4.5 to

thanks....we will be using the 4.5 version...when I look online, Ben Forta's
develpment books are for 4.0....is 4.0 and 4.5 the same, or similar enough
to where I can use the 4.0 version of the book?
