I'll try, but I'm not in the core ColdFusion support group, and I don't
know of breaking issues day-by-day. Using the regular support options would
be the assured path.

I'm assuming you're packaging a Java applet as a .CAB file, otherwise
identity authentication wouldn't be needed.

Because identity certificates do time-out, I'm assuming that these tests
are in a particular browser brand/platform/version combo...? Can you see if
it's a VeriSign certificate, a Thawte certificate, other...?

(Identity certification also times-out on the certifying side, but from
what I've seen this means that new certifications will not be able to be
performed, rather than affecting viewing of currently-certified material.)
