I'd suggest using a tool that was actually designed to do a stress test. Your results will have a much greater chance of being relevant. To draw a parallel with stress testing web applications, it's the difference between using a load tester such as Seque Silk Performer and getting everyone in your office to "click reload a whole bunch of times". Of course, there are a whole bunch of points in between those two, but a stress test is far less relevant if it's not simulating the way you are actually planning on applying the technology. If you are planning on doing a test, you should be willing to invest a little time and energy in it. Otherwise you are probably better of not doing the test at all because the results are likely to lead you in the wrong direction. -Cameron -------------------- Cameron Childress elliptIQ Inc. p.770.460.1035.232 f.770.460.0963 -- http://www.neighborware.com America's Leading Community Network Software > -----Original Message----- > From: Neil H.
