Pop-ups? Are we on the same site? :) I haven't seen a single pop-up, and I've been all over the site. Are they random? And the site seems nice and fast to me. The first page of the Dev Exchange to a few moments to load up, but after that search and browsing were quite quick. Checked out the tip of the week, and a few articles, and no pop-ups whatsoever.
