webex is what Verizon uses as a standard. It's a nice interface...

hmmmmm. What about netmeeting? You could use the share desktop for
viewing the
presentation and they could use the send message feature of netmeeting
to submit
questions. I realize this may not be what you want, but I use it in my
daily routine
and it works quite well.
