Someone on the list suggested www.sambar.com . It can use Isapi filters so
you don't have  to play with apache that much. It's got a pretty nice admin
side, wish I could upgrade to professional XP though.

Yes. I use to run CF5 Studio on XP Home.

However I upgraded to XP Pro so I could use IIS
and CF5 Server as well.
