Typically this means that a user has gotten fed up of waiting for a browser response to finish and clicks again or I think closes the browser. I would go into CF Admin and check "Log slow running pages" and set it at around 20 seconds, as a typical user will get itchy fingers at around 8-10 seconds of waiting.
You can play around with the time slice, but hunt down those slow running pages. Hope this helps.
