Has anyone heard of or worked with Source Action? ( www.sourceaction.com ) I've been talking with the company that developed it (they are local). I'm trying to evaluate the need for this.
It is an ColdFusion based application service provider that provides an issue-tracking system. It seems to be some kind of project management / task assignment tool.
