Biggest reason for not using .Net yet, is that it STILL is not officially
released.

Yes, the Studio.Net is commercially available, and there's a fair bit of
info out there on .Net.  But, the .Net framework is not official yet.

By contrast, Cold Fusion has it's 5th official version available, with the
6th to be released next month (unless something goes wrong - it's what I
heard at the FlashMX seminar).

We went through the comparisons last summer for an internal app we were
developing.  Bottom line was that CF was available, .Net wasn't. And it
still isn't (I'm talking the final release - prior to service packs.)
