What you have to do is this, make a field in the database to be ip address,
then when they vote that gets inserted on there. Then have the results
display on unique ip address votes. So when I go in there 5 and 6 times and
vote it will only show 1.

The Poll is now fixed to where your IP gets logged when you vote. I have
also added name verification so that the same name cannot be added more than
once.
I am going to wipe the current vote count so that a true count can be made.
Anyone have a problem with that?
