Hi all,

I pose to you what seems like a simple question.. I’m interested in what people would consider a ‘best practice’ method for achieving this:

I have a ‘portal’ site with many links to other websites. My clients pay me to be on my site, and in return I give them reporting stats on how many people have clicked on their link. Each link to an external site launches in a new window.

How would you track these clicks?

I have some ideas on how to do this, I’m interested to see what other people have come up with.

Thanks!
