Just wondering what some of you do when you encounter hackers/crackers/spammers on your website?
We have some code in place that detects leeching, possible flood attacks, scanning etc. during the xmas period some people been having a go at our site. We know who it is, sent them an email to explain their actions. No response yet, and not expecting one. We're thinking of going to their host next...
