But it is available as an attribute (which I said in my note). But I do agree (and should have clarified) that before one uses the feature, they should indeed understand it. I wasn't so much trying to elaborate about the topic but just find out if it was perhaps what Scott meant. I see (from your first note) that you think he meant instead just to separate the opp to "restart the mail service" to be separate from CF. Might be reasonable to ask for.
