Hi Mike I have run CS4 on Win7 32 and am now running CS5 on Win7 32 and CS5.5 on Win7 64. The limitations for CS5+ with 32bit are Premier and After Effects, which require 64 bit. The CS5+ dists include older versions of these two for people who don't want to or can't go 64 bit. From Dale's earlier response I wouldn't suppose you'll have issues on Win 7 with CS4.
