Another nice option to consider (for quickly and inexpensively spinning up 
preconfigured Windows instances) is a service call vaasnet.com. You could have 
an instance of 2k3 with IIS6 up in less than a minute, and then install CF 11 
to find out how it would go. I suspect it will be fine. The cost? A dollar for 
an hour. Really amazing, and something I wish more people knew about. Doing my 
part here. :-)
