Title: RE: [CFCDev] two CFC bad practices...
The FarCry project by Daemonite is complex, CFC based, and open source.  I haven't looked at the code beyond a few tweaks from the first OS release to make it work on MySQL.  I don't know if it's layered as you want, but it'll certainly provide a look behind the scenes at a complex CFC-driven app.

Has anyone built or know of a publicly available sample app that actually uses CFCs in a domain/logic layer?  As opposed to just wrappers around DB tables like Matt describes.  Maybe something like a pet store app?  I've seen the mach-ii site.  But all their examples seem to be real simple.  In the real world you probably wouldn't want to create a domain/logic layer for something this simple, right?  And this isn't a known on mach-ii by any stretch.  I'm just looking for an example w/ some depth if one is available...

In case you didn't see it, I blogged a couple of CFC bad practices.
