It's the first webmail client that's actually usable for more than the
most basic of tasks.  And the way they did message threading makes
mailing list traffic must easier to deal with, particularly
high-traffic lists.

Which isn't to say I've thrown Outlook out in favor of GMail, but it
does have some very handy advantages over Outlook.
