+Flags uses of ``absl::StrCat()`` to append to a ``std::string``. Suggests 
+``absl::StrAppend()`` should be used instead.
+
+The extra calls cause unnecessary temporary strings to be constructed. Removing
+them makes the code smaller and faster.
+
