atanasyan added a comment. I'm going to test current MIPS N32 ABI implementation. Maybe we are ready to enable integrated assembler for it. In that case both `Generic_GCC::IsIntegratedAssemblerDefault()` and `MipsMCAsmInfo` ctor can be simplified.
