There's ongoing work to support code that accesses the floating point 
environment (see 
http://llvm.org/docs/LangRef.html#constrained-floating-point-intrinsics).  
There isn't any way to turn it on in clang yet, though.  And until that's 
implemented, LLVM can trigger arbitrary floating-point exceptions anywhere in 
your code, so there's no point to trying to generate a "quiet" compare.
