I have tried setting both `-DCLANG_TOOLING_BUILD_AST_INTROSPECTION=OFF` and `-DCMAKE_CROSSCOMPILING=ON` separately and in combination. This means that LLVM cannot be cross compiled for AArch64, which is a pretty serious problem!
