I don't know how to compile flang in MinGW. (ISTR, I somewhere read that Windows isn't a supported host currently. Is this no longer the case?) I also know nothing about the available buildbots. If you could give some pointers to available instructions, I could potentially try to set up an MSYS2 environment for this.
