If not, I suspect this breakage is expected. @mgorny is building against an installed llvm-15 that if it doesn't have the changes from this patch, mixing that with a ToT clang which does will not work. In that case the solution is that @mgorny will need to update the LLVM install to handle the revlock. LLVM & Clang do rev lock from time to time during trunk development, usually when LLVM APIs change, but the build system can cause rev locks too since Clang reuses LLVM's CMake modules.
