Is anyone else seeing this? Also, independently of that, shouldn't this check that the _host_ os is macOS as well? Doesn't the current code try to run `xcrun` if I do `clang --target=arm64-apple-macos -x c -c /dev/null` on Linux? (Or am I misreading that?)
