I've taken `Gnu.cpp` (`getPIE`), removing the `-static-pie` handling.
Solaris supports neither `-static` (no `libc.a` etc. since Solaris 10) nor
`-static-pie`. Given that `gcc` silently ignores that, I'm doing the same.
