We probably don't need quite as many checks here. We really just need to verify 
the construction of the binary operator.

The test should also use `CHECK-NEXT` to verify that the matches are on the 
next line. It would be significant if an unexpected ImplicitCastExpr got put in 
underneath the binary operator.
