I agree with @evelez7 that the specific styling should likely be gated on a flag. Further, while I want us to be a Doxygen replacement, I dont think we should dogmatically support all Doxygen features. While the styleing here is what Doxygen supports, we should be sure its generally well supported before making it the default.
