ilya-biryukov created this revision. This fixes PR34547. `Lexer::LexEndOfFile` handles recording of ConditionalStack for preamble and reporting errors about unmatched conditionalal PP directives. However, SkipExcludedConditionalBlock contianed duplicated logic for reporting errors and clearing ConditionalStack, but not for preamble recording.
