I don't think `non_ptr_t` is needed. `bases()` returns
`ArrayRef<CXXBaseSpecifier>` which provides non-const access to the base
specifiers regardless of whether `CRD` is const qualified. `ptr_t` is only
needed to pass appropriately qualified types to the derived class functions.
The following should work. If it doesn't, I'd like to understand why.
