I think that was mostly covered in the early parts of the [Discourse thread]( https://discourse.llvm.org/t/rfc-make-myst-markdown-the-llvm-docs-format-rip-rest/90840/1), but I think those concerns have been addressed by publishing pre-built groff files. I expect rolling release distros like Gentoo (think Arch) will just add a dependency. It occurs to me that this is release note worthy, so I'll go ahead and add one.
